Flexeo Terms of Service
Version 1.0. Effective 24 October 2026.
These Terms are a contract between you (the business that signs up, "Client", "you") and Jara Service Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, c/o Republic Registered Agent LLC, 262 Chapman Rd, Suite 240, Newark, DE 19702, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: flexeo@selfwarehq.com. Privacy contact: flexeo@selfwarehq.com.
By ticking the box at checkout, or by using Flexeo at https://flexeo.selfwarehq.com and https://app.flexeo.selfwarehq.com (the "Service"), you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
1.1 The Service is for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession. It is not for consumers. By signing up you confirm that you act for a business purpose and that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. What the Service does
2.1 Flexeo is a self-service subscription for search engine optimization (SEO) and generative-engine optimization (GEO): improving how your business is found and described by search engines and by AI answer engines.
2.2 After you pay and complete the brief, each month we may, on your behalf and in your name:
- (a) publish and edit pages and content on websites you control, through Sitekeeper, a CMS connector, or a "do-it-yourself" package that you apply;
- (b) prepare and submit business profiles and listings in online directories;
- (c) write and post answers on public forums and Q&A sites, in the name of your brand, with a clear statement of our connection to your brand (section 5.2);
- (d) write articles that are published under the name of a real expert of your business whom you have named and who has agreed to be named (section 4.3);
- (e) make technical changes (for example metadata, structured data, redirects, sitemap, llms.txt);
- (f) read your Search Console and analytics data, and query AI search engines with questions relevant to your business, to measure results.
2.3 Text is drafted with the help of artificial intelligence. Statements of fact in it are checked against your Fact Sheet, which is the part of your brief that lists your prices, addresses, services, licences, credentials, reviews and other facts about your business, as you gave it to us and as you update it.
2.4 You choose the monthly amount, from USD 30. The amount sets the number of work steps in the month; the number for your amount is shown before you pay. Every step is done to the same standard. We choose which tasks to do within that allowance and show them in your account.
2.5 We do not, and you must not ask us to: create networks of satellite or "doorway" sites; buy, sell or exchange links; hide text or show different content to search engines and to people; write or buy fake reviews or fake testimonials; post under invented personas; or evade AI-content detectors or platform rules.
3. Autopilot, no prior approval, and your right to undo
3.1 The Service runs on full autopilot. We do not ask for your approval before we publish or change something. By accepting these Terms and the separate Authorization you give at checkout, you authorize us to carry out the actions in section 2.2 on your behalf.
3.2 You can undo any change after the fact. Every change we make can be reverted. To revert a change or stop a type of change, write to flexeo@selfwarehq.com from your contact e-mail or use your Flexeo account. We will revert changes on sites and accounts we can control within 5 business days. For content on third-party sites, forums and directories, we will request removal or remove it ourselves where the platform allows; the platform decides how fast it is removed, and we do not control caches, archives or copies made by others.
3.3 You can pause or stop the Service at any time (section 8.4). Stopping ends future actions. It does not by itself remove what has already been published; ask us to revert it.
3.4 Because changes go live without your prior review, you must check the monthly report and your site, and tell us promptly about anything that is wrong. A prompt notice lets us revert or fix it sooner.
3.5 We run automated quality checks (facts against the Fact Sheet, search-engine spam policies, platform rules). Automated checks reduce errors but do not remove them.
4. Your responsibilities
4.1 Fact Sheet. You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the brief and the Fact Sheet, including prices, addresses, licences, qualifications, reviews, and claims about your products and services. You must tell us promptly if a fact changes. We write only from the Fact Sheet and from public sources we cite; we do not independently verify your facts.
4.2 Authority and access. You confirm that you own or control the websites, accounts and domains you connect, that you may give us the access we need, and that doing so does not breach any agreement with your hosting provider, agency, employer or platform. You must not give us credentials to accounts you are not entitled to use.
4.3 Named experts and testimonials. If you name a person as the author or the expert behind content (for example a doctor, lawyer, engineer or owner), you confirm that the person has agreed to be named, that the statements about their qualifications are true, and that they may withdraw at any time by telling us. If you give us reviews or testimonials, they must be real, from real customers, and used with their permission. We never write reviews or testimonials.
4.4 Your own legal duties. You remain responsible for the legality of your own business, products, advertising and the claims you make, including rules specific to your industry. We write in your name only within the Fact Sheet; you are the advertiser of the content published for you.
4.5 Contact. Keep your contact e-mail valid. We send the monthly report and important notices there.
5. How we handle disclosure
5.1 AI assistance. Content is drafted with AI and checked against your Fact Sheet. We follow the rules of each platform on disclosing AI use. Where a platform or law requires disclosure of AI assistance, or where we decide it is appropriate, we add a short note. You agree that we may add such a note.
5.2 Connection to your brand. On forums, Q&A sites and similar places, every post we write in your brand's name states clearly that the poster is connected to your brand (for example, "I work with [Brand]" or "Posted on behalf of [Brand]"). We do not remove or hide this statement, and you must not ask us to. We do not claim personal use or experience that did not happen.
5.3 We may decline or skip a post, listing or page where a platform's rules forbid automated or sponsored posting, or where we judge the risk to your reputation to be high.
6. No guarantee of results
6.1 Search engines and AI answer engines are controlled by third parties and change often. We do not guarantee rankings, citations or mentions in AI answers, traffic, leads, sales or any other result, and we do not state that a change in these figures was caused by our work.
6.2 The monthly report shows what we did and what the data showed. It describes facts and observed changes, not proven causes. Reports are sent once a month.
7. Restricted uses and industries
7.1 You must not use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, or in breach of third-party platform rules.
7.2 We do not provide the Service for the following, and may refuse, suspend or end the Service if your business or the content falls in one of these categories: (a) illegal goods or services; (b) adult sexual content; (c) gambling, betting and lotteries; (d) cryptocurrency offerings, securities, investment or "get-rich-quick" offers; (e) prescription drugs, supplements making health claims, cannabis, tobacco and vaping products; (f) weapons and explosives; (g) medical or health treatments that promise cures or outcomes; (h) political campaigning and issue advocacy; (i) multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes; (j) counterfeit goods; (k) products or services regulated by a licence that you do not hold; (l) hate, harassment or violent content; (m) content that targets children.
7.3 If a regulated profession (for example medicine, law, finance) is involved, you are responsible for complying with its advertising rules, and we write only what your Fact Sheet supports.
8. Fees, renewal, cancellation and refunds
8.1 Price and payment. The subscription starts at USD 30 per month; the price for your plan is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. You are responsible for any sales, VAT, GST or similar taxes and withholding that apply to you; if tax is added, it will be shown on the invoice.
8.2 Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month for the same period and at the then-current price, and we charge the payment method you gave us, until you cancel. The renewal terms, the price and how to cancel are shown to you before you pay, and ticking the checkout box is your express consent to recurring charges.
8.3 Price changes. We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice by e-mail. The change applies from your next renewal after the notice. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect.
8.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time in your Flexeo account, through the Stripe customer portal, or by writing to flexeo@selfwarehq.com. Cancelling is as easy as signing up. After cancellation we do no further work and make no further charges; the Service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless you ask us to stop earlier.
8.5 Refunds. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full, and revert the changes on request. You can do this yourself in your Flexeo account ("Cancel and refund"). Other payments are not refunded, including for partial months, unless the law requires it or we have failed to provide the Service. Work performed before cancellation is not refundable once the month is paid.
8.6 Failed payment. If a payment fails, we may pause the Service until it is paid. We may end the Service if payment is not made within 14 days after notice.
8.7 Disputes about charges. Please contact us first at flexeo@selfwarehq.com; we aim to resolve billing questions quickly.
9. Third-party platforms
9.1 We act through third-party services (search engines, directories, forums, CMS and hosting providers). Their terms and rules apply to what is published there. They may reject, remove or moderate content, or restrict an account, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
9.2 Accounts and profiles we create for your brand are created in your brand's name with your brand's contact details. You are the account owner and we hand over access on request when the Service ends, except where the platform does not allow transfer.
10. Data we hold and for how long
10.1 What we hold. (a) Your contact e-mail and billing details; (b) your brief and Fact Sheet, including business details and the names and credentials of experts and reviewers you give us; (c) exports from Search Console and analytics; (d) answers from AI search engines to questions about your business; (e) a log of the changes we make.
10.2 Why. To provide the Service, to measure and report results, to bill you, to keep records of what we did on your behalf and to meet legal obligations.
10.3 How long.
| Data | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Contact e-mail, billing records | While the subscription is active, and afterwards as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records |
| Brief and Fact Sheet | While the subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then deleted |
| Search Console and analytics exports, AI-answer snapshots | While the subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then deleted |
| Log of changes made on your behalf | While the subscription is active and for 12 months after it ends (so we can revert and answer questions), then deleted |
You can ask us to delete your data earlier at flexeo@selfwarehq.com; we will do so within 30 days, except for data we must keep by law. Content already published on your sites and on third-party platforms is not "our data" and stays until it is reverted or removed.
10.4 Who sees it. Our service providers who help us deliver the Service, such as payment processing (Stripe), hosting, and the providers of the AI models we use to draft text. We do not sell your data. Where data is sent to providers in other countries, we do so only as needed for the Service. Our privacy notice at https://app.flexeo.selfwarehq.com/privacy gives the full details, including your rights and how to complain to your data protection authority.
10.5 Personal data in your Fact Sheet. If your brief contains personal data of other people (named experts, reviewers), you confirm that you may share it with us for the Service.
11. Intellectual property
11.1 You keep ownership of your brand, your site and the facts and materials you provide, and you give us a licence to use them to provide the Service.
11.2 Content we create for you is assigned to you as far as we are able to assign it, once the related month is paid. We give no warranty that AI-assisted content can be protected by copyright, or that it is free of similarities to existing works.
11.3 We keep our software, methods, templates and know-how, and may use aggregated, anonymized statistics that do not identify you.
12. Suspension and termination
12.1 We may suspend or end the Service, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if your Fact Sheet turns out to be materially false, if continuing would break the law or a platform's rules, or if you do not pay.
12.2 When the Service ends, we stop all actions, and revert changes on request. Sections that by nature should survive (payment obligations, data, liability, disputes) survive.
13. Disclaimers and limits of liability
13.1 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13.2 To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, traffic, rankings, data or goodwill.
13.3 To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and costs reasonably arising from them, to the extent they come from (a) inaccurate or unlawful information in your brief or Fact Sheet; (b) your breach of section 4 or 7; or (c) your products, services or advertising claims. We will tell you promptly of any such claim and cooperate at your cost.
15. Governing law and disputes
15.1 These Terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
15.2 Before starting any proceeding, each party will first send the other a written notice of the dispute and try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
15.3 If not resolved, the courts located in the State of Delaware (state courts in New Castle County or the federal court for the District of Delaware) have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party submits to them. Either party may go to a court of competent jurisdiction to seek urgent relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
15.4 If a mandatory law of your country gives you rights that these Terms cannot waive, those rights are not affected.
16. General
16.1 Changes. We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail for material changes; continued use after the effective date means you accept them. If you do not agree, cancel.
16.2 Notices. We send notices to your contact e-mail. You send notices to flexeo@selfwarehq.com.
16.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Authorization you accepted at checkout, the brief, and the privacy notice are the whole agreement for the Service. If they conflict, the Authorization controls for what we may do on your behalf, and these Terms control for everything else.
16.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
16.5 Severability, waiver. If a part is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
16.6 Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of search engines, platforms, hosting or payment providers.
16.7 Language. The English version controls; translations are for convenience.
