Flexeo Privacy Notice

Flexeo is a service for businesses. This notice explains what we collect when you use https://flexeo.selfwarehq.com and https://app.flexeo.selfwarehq.com, why, and for how long.
1. What we collect
- Contact e-mail you give when you start an order. It is the only personal contact detail we ask for.
- Your brief and Fact Sheet: your site, market, goal, competitors, geography, the platform of your site and the facts about your business you give us, including the names and credentials of experts or reviewers you name.
- Preliminary site assessment: public information about your site that we read before payment (the home page, robots.txt, sitemap, public DNS filters, the public domain registration date and the public web archive).
- Billing records: Stripe handles your card. We receive the customer and subscription identifiers, the amounts and the payment status; we never see or store your card number.
- Work records after you subscribe: the tasks we do for you, reports, Search Console and analytics exports you connect, answers from AI search engines about your business, and a log of changes we make.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not put health information about your patients or customers in the brief.
2. Why we use it
- To assess your site and recommend a budget before you pay.
- To provide the service you subscribe to, report on it and bill you.
- To send you service messages: your account link, payment and cancellation notices, monthly reports.
- To keep records of what we did on your behalf and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
3. Who receives it
- Stripe (payments), under its own privacy policy.
- Resend (sending our e-mails to you).
- Our hosting in Helsinki, Finland, where the service and its database run.
- Providers of the AI models we use to draft text, only the parts of the brief needed for a task.
Data is transferred to these providers only as far as needed to provide the service.
4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct or update it, delete it, or withdraw your authorization, by writing to flexeo@selfwarehq.com from your contact e-mail. We answer within 30 days. Data we must keep by law is kept until that duty ends. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
6. Your account link
Your Flexeo account opens with a private link that we show after payment and send to your contact e-mail. Anyone with the link can see the account, so keep it private. If you think it was shared by mistake, write to us from your contact e-mail.
7. Cookies and statistics
The order pages and your account use no advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
If we change this notice in a way that matters, we tell active clients by e-mail before the change takes effect.
